Terms of Service

RoofFlow AI detects missed or unanswered calls forwarded from your business phone line, sends an automated SMS reply to the caller, conducts an AI-assisted text conversation to qualify the lead, flags urgent jobs, and presents the lead in your dashboard. The service depends on third-party providers, including telephony and AI providers, and on your correct configuration of call forwarding.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

RoofFlow AI is offered as a monthly subscription. New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. Payment details are collected at signup and processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the first month on the day the trial expires.
• Plan prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid month.
• Monthly plan limits are described on the pricing page. We use soft enforcement — the service does not abruptly stop working if you exceed a limit; we notify you and offer expanded usage.

You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that.

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated or partial-month refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review the charge in good faith.

The service sends and receives SMS messages on your behalf through a telephone number assigned to your account. You are responsible for ensuring your use of SMS messaging complies with applicable laws and carrier requirements, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and messaging regulations. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Carriers do not guarantee message delivery, and we are not liable for carrier delays or failures.

Replies to your customers are generated by an automated AI system. While the AI is designed to qualify leads accurately and communicate professionally, AI-generated messages may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given situation. You are responsible for reviewing leads and conversations and for any decisions or commitments made with your customers. RoofFlow AI does not guarantee any particular lead volume, conversion rate, or business outcome.

You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages; to violate the rights of others; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or to use it for any purpose other than managing legitimate inbound leads for your business.

You retain ownership of your business data and customer contact information. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of factors outside our control, including third-party provider outages.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofFlow AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
